My Yoga classes

Slow down. Come into your body. Create space.

My yoga classes are an invitation to slow down, move with awareness and reconnect with your body.

I teach a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yin, all Iyengar-inspired. Each style offers a different way to explore the body, breath and mind, while alignment and conscious movement remain at the heart of my teaching.

My classes are suitable for different levels and experience. I adapt the practice to the students present, offering variations and modifications so that everyone can find an appropriate and supportive way into the practice.

A practice of awareness

For me, yoga is not about creating the perfect shape with your body. It is about learning to listen.

We slow down and bring our attention away from the constant activity of the mind and into the body and heart. Through breath, movement and stillness, we develop a more detailed awareness of what is happening within us — physically, mentally and emotionally.

With the asanas (postures), we explore alignment, create space in the body and cultivate a sense of stability and lightness.

My two main pillars are stability and mobility. I believe that developing both creates a healthy, resilient body and supports a balanced mind.

Through precision and mindful attention, we create a safe container to explore and deepen our practice.

What to expect

Classes generally last 60–90 minutes and include:

  • Meditation and arriving in the body

  • Breathwork

  • Warming up and mobilising

  • Active asana practice

  • More passive and restorative postures

  • Relaxation and integration with live Mantra

I also enjoy working with music, using it to support the rhythm, flow and atmosphere of the practice. At the end of the class I sing a mantra, accompanied by the mesmerizing harmonium.

The benefits of yoga

A regular practice can help you to:

  • Improve posture and body awareness

  • Develop strength, stability and mobility

  • Calm the mind

  • Regulate and soothe the nervous system

  • Reduce stress and tension

  • Feel more grounded and relaxed

  • Create a deeper connection with yourself

Ultimately, yoga is an invitation to become more present — to feel more, listen more closely and meet yourself exactly where you are.

Come as you are. Move, breathe, listen and discover.
