OFFICE YOGA

Stretch, release and breathe; a perfect break

For a perfect break in your workday I created Office Yoga. Complaints of little pains in the neck, shoulder and back are very common in desk jobs, especially working from home nowadays. A session will contain a series of stretches to release tension, create space and lightness. Opening tight spots and activating the “sleeping” areas. By improving and maintaining the physical health and taking a moment of mindfulness you reduce stress and injuries which increase the general health of your employees. 

60 min / € 100,- **

Short session

A short session from behind your desk. This will contain a series of stretches of the upper body (neck, shoulders, back) to release tension, create space and lightness. Ideal in between long online meetings as a nice reset, getting rid of stiffness and get the circulation flowing again. Opening tight spots and activating the “sleeping” areas. Ending with an energizer to happily continue your workday.

 

From your chair, no mat or sport clothes needed.

Duration can be in between 10 and 20 minutes, depending on what suits best. 

Long session

A long session online (ZOOM) for the whole team from their own homes. A long session will focus on the full body. This will contain a series of stretches of the upper body (neck, shoulders, back) to release tension, create space and lightness. Also including the lower body with the main focus on the hips, which get tight and block circulation when sitting a lot. Ending with an energizer to happily continue your workday. 

 

Yoga mat and comfortable clothes are recommended.

Duration can be in between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on what suits best. 

 

Full class

A full class at the office, I will come to your office with mats in a space that is suitable for a session in person with hands on adjustments. A long session will focus on the full body. This will contain a series of stretches of the upper body (neck, shoulders, back) to release tension, create space and lightness. Also including the lower body with the main focus on the hips, which get tight and block circulation when sitting a lot.

 

Yoga mat and comfortable clothes are recommended.

Duration can be in between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on what suits best.
