Studio Classes

I’m offering yoga classes in different styles like Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar, Yin, Sivananda and all inspired on the philosophy of Vanda Scaravelli (moving from softness). A class will always be adjusted to the students present at the time. My main aim is to make a class suitable for everyone. I like to work with music during the class to enhance the flow and vibe of the session. Duration mostly is between 60 – 90 minutes. Classes will always contain a breathing part, warming up, active and passive part. 

 

Main goal of the yoga class is to slow down, become silent, out of the mind into the body, become present, listen, see what is there and work with what you discover. Creating a more detailed body awareness. With the asanas (postures) we align the body and create space for a sense of lightness.

Improving posture by increasing the mobility and stability of our physical body. With the breath and postures we’ll get into a meditative state to calm the mind, reduce stress levels and feel more relaxed at the end of the class.

Private Session

Private Session

1 hour  /   € 100,-

A private session is highly recommended to deepen your practice, to ask all the questions you never asked before and hands on adjustments. This session could be in your own space or at mine. I offer 60 min and 90 min sessions. Let me know before we start what your main points of focus are and let's dive into it together.
